§ 2-90. Title and purpose.

(a)

The "Lake County Enterprise Zone Development Agency" is hereby established and hereinafter referred as the "agency."

(b)

The agency is created in order to exercise the powers conferred by the Florida Enterprise Zone Act, F.S. §§ 290.001—290.016.
