§ 15-2. Enforcement.

Latest version.

It shall be the duty of the Lake County Sheriff's Office and other law enforcement officers within Lake County to enforce the rules and regulations contained in this chapter. Parking enforcement specialists as appointed by the sheriff may exercise those powers of enforcement granted by Florida Statutes.
