§ 15-1. Purpose and intent.

Chapter 316, Florida Statutes provides that Lake County has jurisdiction over certain streets, roads and highways located in Lake County. It is the purpose and intent of this chapter to provide procedures and rules for the exercise of such jurisdiction of traffic control over such streets, roads and highways.
