§ 3-49. Application and jurisdiction.

This Article shall be applicable in the incorporated and unincorporated areas of Lake County, with the enforcement of this Article being the responsibility of Lake County, unless a municipality elects to pass a companion ordinance enforceable by the municipality. However, if this Article is in conflict with a municipal ordinance, this Article shall not be effective within the municipality to the extent of the conflict.
