§ 3-2. Operating hours for licensed establishments.

No establishment which deals in alcoholic beverages in the county shall remain open for business or admit the public to, or permit the public to remain within, or to permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages in or upon such premises between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. seven (7) days per week, provided that in the case of restaurants and hotels and motels, such establishments may be kept open for business during such hours, but no alcoholic beverages may be sold or consumed during such hours.
