§ 2-90.12. Functions, powers, and duties.

The Water Safety Advisory Committee shall have the following functions, powers and duties as they pertain to the planning area:
(1)

The Committee is hereby created for the purposes of advising the Board of County Commissioners on issues related to water safety and drowning prevention.

(2)

The Committee may make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners on any other items as requested by the Board of County Commissioners.
