§ 2-3. Campaign finance reports.

Each person, candidate, political committee, officer, electioneering communications organization, affiliated party committee, political party or other entity required to file campaign finance reports in his/her/its official capacity pursuant to Chapter 106, Florida Statutes, shall file such reports electronically with the Lake County Supervisor of Elections or designee. The Supervisor of Elections is authorized and directed to develop and establish an electronic filing system for this purpose pursuant to the requirements contained in Section 106.0705, Florida Statutes, as amended.
