§ 22-36. Short title, authority.

(a)

This article shall be known and may be cited as the "Transportation Impact Fee Ordinance."

(b)

F.S. Ch. 336, vests the board of county commissioners with general supervision and control of all county roads and road facilities within Lake County which comprise the county road system as defined in F.S. Ch. 334, including county roads within municipalities.

(c)

The board of county commissioners hereby adopts the "Lake County Transportation Impact Fee Update Study Final Report," dated, January 2013 prepared by Duncan/Associates.
