§ 16-70. Fees.

  • The board of county commissioners may, from time to time, by resolution, designate any or all of the public lands as "fee public lands," and may set a fee to be charged to the public for the admission to, parking in, activity or specific usage of a public land. It shall be unlawful for any person to attempt or intentionally enter any fee public land or activity without paying such fee. Any person violating this section may be ordered by division staff or any other person having authority to enforce this article to leave the premises of the public land in which the violation occurs. Failure to comply with such order shall constitute a separate violation of this article.
