The board of county commissioners may, from time to time, by resolution, designate
any or all of the public lands as "fee public lands," and may set a fee to be charged
to the public for the admission to, parking in, activity or specific usage of a public
land. It shall be unlawful for any person to attempt or intentionally enter any fee
public land or activity without paying such fee. Any person violating this section
may be ordered by division staff or any other person having authority to enforce this
article to leave the premises of the public land in which the violation occurs. Failure
to comply with such order shall constitute a separate violation of this article.
