§ 16-60. Purpose and intent.

The purpose of this article is to establish rules and regulations for the use of public lands and other areas operated and maintained by Lake County pursuant to its Public Lands Management Program and subject to the availability of funds. The objective of these rules and regulations is to permit limited public use of certain public lands consistent with their protection and management.
