§ 16-52. Lake Joanna Park.

In addition to the requirements of article I above, the following shall apply:

Legal description. For purposes of this section, the Lake Joanna Park shall mean the real property in unincorporated Lake County legally described as: Joanna Park, according to the plat of Lake Front Layout for Belleaux Estates, incorporated as Lake Joanna Estates as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 51, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.

Uses prohibited. The following uses are prohibited: Neither the parking of vehicles nor the loading or unloading of motorized watercraft shall be permitted in the public right-of-way adjacent to the park.
