§ 16-44. Unusual circumstances.

Once a county park has been adopted by a permitted organization or individual pursuant to the terms of this chapter, the county shall be responsible only for removing litter from the adopted county park under unusual circumstances, such as to remove large, heavy, or hazardous items.
