§ 16-41. Adopt-a-park program established.

There is hereby established the Lake County Adopt-a-Park Program. The adopt-a-park program shall be administered by the county manager or designee. The purpose of the adopt-a-park program shall be to involve the public in an effort to keep Lake County parks free of litter by enlisting civic-minded volunteer organizations and individuals to adopt a Lake County park. Through adoption of a county park, an organization shall have the responsibility for picking up any litter which may accumulate within that county park.
