§ 15-9. Issuance of parking violation notices.

(a)

A law enforcement officer or parking enforcement specialist who discovers a vehicle parking in violation of a traffic control device or the provisions of this chapter may issue a parking violation notice to the driver of the vehicle, or, if the vehicle is unattended, may attach such notice in a conspicuous place on the vehicle. The parking violation notice shall be of a type approved by the board of county commissioners.

(b)

Every day for which a violation continues shall be a separate violation for which parking ticket may be issued.
