§ 15-12. Creation of special account.

There is hereby created a special account for the deposit of any fines collected for violations of section 15-7, said funds to be used in the following manner.
(1)

One-third ( 1/3 ) of the funds collected pursuant to this chapter shall be used to defray any expenses incurred for the administration of this chapter.

(2)

Two-thirds ( 2/3 ) of the funds collected pursuant to this chapter shall be used to provide funds to improve accessibility and equal opportunity to qualified physically disabled persons in the county, and to provide funds to conduct public awareness programs in the county concerning physically disabled persons.
