§ 14-57. Designation of investigating and enforcing authority.

The division is hereby designated as the investigating and enforcing authority pursuant to the provisions of this article. The manager and the manager's authorized officers are hereby directed and empowered to inspect land on which a nuisance or other prohibited conditions are suspected to exist, to receive all complaints for violation of this article, inspect land upon which a citizen complaint has been filed alleging the existence of a nuisance or other prohibited condition, and to enter upon any real property in the conduct of official business pursuant to this article. The manager shall be responsible for providing all notices to affected property owners as required by this article, and to take such other action as is reasonably necessary to accomplish the purpose of this article.
