§ 13-74. Penalties and enforcement.

(a)

The provisions of this article may be enforced by the code enforcement special master.

(b)

Any person who violates the provisions of this article, or otherwise fails to pay for and secure a receipt required by this article, shall be subject to prosecution in the manner provided by general law; and upon conviction, such person shall be subject to a fine as provided by section 1-6.

(c)

The provisions of this section shall be in addition to the delinquency fees as set forth in this article.
