The provisions of this article are cumulative and in addition to all other state,
county and municipal laws which require licenses or permits, or provide for the collection
of taxes, licenses and permit fees, and other charges, and no business tax receipt
issued hereunder shall exempt the receipt holder from any other license, permit, fee
or tax required by law.
