§ 11-35. Establishment of a schedule for adoption of the Lake County Affordable Housing Incentive Plan.

(a)

Within nine (9) months of the effective date of this article the Lake County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee shall present affordable housing incentive recommendations to the board of county commissioners. The board of county commissioners shall adopt an affordable housing incentive plan within twelve (12) months of the effective date of this article.

(b)

Upon adoption of the affordable housing incentive plan the board of county commissioners shall so notify the Florida Housing Finance Agency by certified mail. The notice shall include a copy of the approved affordable housing incentive plan.
