§ 10-22. Declaration of policy.

It is hereby declared to be the policy of Lake County in the exercise of its police power for the public safety, public health and public welfare, to assure an equal opportunity for all persons in Lake County to obtain adequate housing, regardless of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, familial status, or handicap and to that end, eliminate discrimination in housing.
