Ord. No. 2013-27, § 2, adopted May 21, 2013, repealed §§ 10.04.00, 10.05.00 in their
entirety. Former §§ 10.04.00, 10.05.00 pertained to boat docks and ramps; temporary
housing for the care of infirm, terminally ill, or disabled persons, respectively,
and were derived from Ord. No. 1997-44, § 10, adopted June 17, 1997; Ord. No. 2001-114,
§ 2, adopted September 4, 2001; Ord. No. 2004-14, § 4, adopted March 16, 2004; Ord.
No. 2004-40, §§ 2, 3, adopted June 15, 2004 and Ord. No. 2005-65, § 3, adopted August
2, 2005, respectively.
