That one-third of all moneys apportioned and distributable to Lake County, Florida,
under the provisions of Chapter 14832, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1931, and F.S. § 550.13,
1941, and acts supplementary and amendatory thereof providing revenue from racetracks
in this state shall be apportioned and paid by the state treasurer on separate warrants
drawn by the comptroller to the County Board of Public Instruction [School Board]
of Lake County, Florida, to be used for school purposes.
